We help founders cut an idea down to a first version worth launching, build it properly, and plan the next stages from real usage.
What is included
- Scope workshop to define the first release
- Clickable prototype before code
- Launch on web, Android or both
- Analytics to learn what to build next
From idea to a live first version
An MVP (minimum viable product) is the smallest version of your product that real users can try and pay for. It lets you learn what works before spending on everything else. We help founders cut an idea down to that first version, build it properly and plan the next stages from real usage.
What is included
- Scope workshop to decide what goes into version one and what waits
- Clickable prototype to test with users or show investors before code
- The build on web, Android or both, from one shared backend
- Analytics so you can see what people actually use
- Launch support, including Google Play publishing and a landing page
A stack that grows with you
We build MVPs with Flutter or React Native, Next.js and Supabase. These are the same tools we use for full products, so your MVP does not have to be thrown away when it works. You keep building on the same code.
How we keep it small
Most MVPs fail by trying to do too much. We push back on features that do not help you learn, focus on one main user journey and ship in a few weeks, not months. Then we improve it with you based on feedback.
Who it is for
First time founders with an idea, businesses testing a new digital product and teams that need a working demo for investors or a pilot customer.
How we work
- 01
Short call
We talk through your goals, users and timeline, and agree on what the first release needs.
- 02
Fixed quote
You get a written plan split into stages, with a fixed price and date for each one.
- 03
Build in stages
Regular preview links or test builds, so you see progress and give feedback as we go.
- 04
Launch and support
We take it live, hand over everything you own and stay on for updates and fixes.
MVPs for Startups: common questions
How long does it take to build an MVP?
Most MVPs we build take four to ten weeks, depending on the main user journey and whether it runs on web, Android or both.
How much does an MVP cost?
We keep the first version small so the cost stays low. After the scope workshop you get a fixed quote for the MVP split into stages.
Will I need to rebuild the app after the MVP?
No. We use production tools like Flutter, React Native, Next.js and Supabase, so the MVP becomes the base of the full product.
Can you help me decide which features to build first?
Yes. That is the point of the scope workshop: we agree on the one journey that proves your idea and leave the rest for later stages.
