Overview
Data Usage Monitor tracks how much mobile data and WiFi each app uses, lets you set soft limits per app, and notifies you when a limit is close or exceeded.
It is a tracking tool, not an enforcement tool. It does not run a VPN or intercept traffic. It reads the usage stats Android already collects and compares them against your limits, entirely on the device.
