Grow

We handle the release process on Google Play: signing, closed testing, the policy and data safety forms, store listing assets and production access.

What is included

  • Signing and App Bundle setup
  • Closed testing with the required testers
  • Data safety, content rating and privacy policy
  • Store listing copy, screenshots and feature graphic

Get your app through review and onto Google Play

Publishing on Google Play now takes more than uploading a file. New personal developer accounts must run a closed test with at least 12 testers for 14 days, and every app needs a data safety form, content rating, privacy policy and policy compliant listing. We handle the whole process for you.

We have published our own apps this way, including StressPop, Spendly and DataLab.

What is included

  • Signing and App Bundle setup with Play App Signing
  • Closed testing with the required testers and test tracks
  • Data safety form, content rating and target audience answered correctly for your app
  • Privacy policy page hosted on your website
  • Store listing with a clear title, description, screenshots and feature graphic
  • Production access application and release to production

Store listing that converts

Your listing is your app's landing page. We write the title and description around the words people search for on Google Play and design screenshots that explain the app at a glance.

Rejected or suspended?

If your app was rejected or removed for a policy issue, we review the message from Google, fix the cause in the app or listing and resubmit.

Questions

Play Store Publishing: common questions

Do I need 12 testers to publish my app?

Personal developer accounts created after November 2023 must run a closed test with at least 12 testers for 14 days before applying for production. We organise and manage this test for you.

Can you publish an app that another developer built?

Yes. We review the build for policy issues, set up signing and the listing, and publish it on your own Play Console account.

My app was rejected. Can you help?

Yes. We read the rejection reason, fix the app, the data safety answers or the listing, and resubmit.

Whose account will the app be published on?

Always yours. The app and the Play Console account stay in your name.
